Most people know and believe that AGTI Diploma (Associate of Government Technical Institute) alone is not eligible SPass. That's just an opinion and it's totally wrong. Two of my friends are working with SPass and one of them has already got PR now.
They just hold AGTI diploma alone without degree and get SPass. Don't take wrong opinion and make yourself in trouble.
MOM declares that minimum educational required level for SPass is one year diploma. Even if you hold strong certificate, you can get it without diploma and degree.
MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer) certificate alone without diploma and degree can get SPass or not. I am not sure yet. If anybody know about that, please leave your comment.
Even if you have AGTI diploma, you must meet other requirements to get SPass. If you want to know more, please read more about SPass.
